The company was established in 2012 by Yaniv Ozna (CEO) and Oren Tal (VP of Customers and Business Development), and has gained extensive experience working with customers of all types and sizes, both in Israel and abroad. Yaniv Ozana

Founder & CEO

Yaniv is a senior and experienced manager in local and international hi-tech companies, with over 20 years of experience in business management. Yaniv founded, managed and sold international companies, and invests in start-up companies at the SEED and PRE-SEED stages. Among other things, Yaniv is a co-founder of Ticket2Final (now Mytigo), which was founded in 2007 - and is currently a world leader in its field. Yaniv specializes in strategic analysis, risk management, market and trend analysis and brings innovation and ideas to promote projects. He also serves as a mentor and lecturer for innovation and business entrepreneurship, in a number of innovation centers in Israel. Yaniv was born in 1976, married to Liat and Tamar's father, Amit Vashak, serves as the CEO of the company, and head of the development and technology department at Convisor Digital

Oren Tal

Founder & VP Marketing and Business Developments

Oren has rich international experience in developing and leading marketing and sales strategies in Europe and the USA, experience in sales and business development in a variety of positions and sectors. Oren's experience includes 15 years of work in the high-tech and technology sector, managing the marketing and business development departments in several companies, including Amdocs, FTS, Ticket2Final, and as an entrepreneur in start-up companies. Oren has experience in a variety of managerial positions, including as VP of Marketing and Business Development in high-tech companies. Oren has a broad and results-oriented marketing-business vision, creative and entrepreneurial thinking, experience working with large companies and clients, project management and high-level collaborations with business partners around the world. In parallel with his duties, Oren serves as a mentor and lecturer for entrepreneurship in several innovation centers in Israel, among others the entrepreneurship center of Tel Aviv University (StarAU), Startup Bootcamp Israel, The Hive) and the Achievement Fund, where he leads and promotes entrepreneurial activities in Israel in the fields of marketing, sales and business development. Oren was born in 1977 and is the father of Maya, Yael and Sharon, and spouse of Livnat. Master's degree (MBA) in business administration, specialization in international marketing (presidential honors) Bachelor's degree (BA) in computer science and software systems.
